Can you post the ECU part number & software version Sean?
It should look something like this......
03G 997 021 F - Software 1858
Other common issues are:
Defective pressure sensor from new
Incorrect Camshaft fitted for vehicles without DPF (without the extra regen lobe)
Leaking vac circuit causing boost issues (manifold runner vac unit leaking)
Inoperative manifold flap
EGR valve partially stuck open
Exhaust temp senders reading incorrectly
