Hi,
I had this one in with a blown turbo, fitted recon turbo with new oil pipes, banjos and oil strainer in tank. After fitting we had over boost issues and going into limp. Removed turbo sent back to turbo solutions and they informed us turbo had lack of oil and failed again. Fitting second turbo we gave engine another flush with oil and filter and also fitted new oil pump.
Now we have under boost problem turbo pressure is 1600 mbar at full boost. Vacuum solenoid and hoses are fine, have smoked all pipes and have even replaced map and maf, you can see the turbo actuator moving to max and min.
Turbo solutions have informed me if actuator rod is moving then turbo vanes will be operating.
What next? Please advise?
