Couple of things to bear in mind. There is an ecu update for DPF issues....
If you can see ECU id/data latest software begins with H2 eg: H2UN4M0EI01S
Old software begins with 90/A1/C0/F0UN4M0EI01S
(or A instead of M if auto) last 4 digits denote VGT, WGT immobiliser etc.
Check the metal DPF pipes, they clog up, especially on the bends. We use an old thin speedo cable to poke down into them.
DPF temp sensors don't start reading until 127-163 degrees, quite common for them to under read causing failure to regen.
One of the primary causes of a clogged DPF, is a stuck open EGR valve. Make sure it works smoothly....
One trick I have found that works, is to reset DPF data using G-Scan, and they fly through a regen, with no re-occuring issues....
