Have you seen James Dillions video on youtube with a BMW DPF fault his video quotes factory pressure reading figures at 50mbar max at idle and 250mbar max at WOT. So your readings are within spec.
Can you get a soot/ash accumulation reading maybe it thinks DPF is full due to amount of failed regens? Should of got a fault code though.
Has car been re-mapped already?
