the pid PEF load is the calculation of soot not ash.
elois fluid lowers the combustion of the soot in the filter to about 400 degrees c which is a aid to passive regeneration, but the down side is that ash that is left behind.
the mbar differential pressure reading at 3600 rpm looks fine at 35 mbar which is 3.5 kpa or 0.5 psi check the value with a cat back pressure gauge to see if they agree.
the proper fix is to have the filter cleaned or replaced. as if it does have 57 g of ash in it, its full.
removing it and jet washing is a option also.
or its posable that just telling the car it has a new filter on it may get rid of the code .
