lot of time and money and no one to turn too..

Hello help please. fault excessive white smoke on cold start up and slight hesitation between 1800 and 2000 rpm until warm, things tested injectors, fuel, compression, check for any hcs in expansion bottle, separate fuel supply as there was slight bubbles of air in fuel lines but still cold start white smoke, the dpf has been removed and mapped before the customer bought to us, I have done a software update but think now he will have to remap for dpf or replace dpf. typical French engine loads of faults but no remedy.
any help would be appreciated
