Sorry for the delay getting back to this post.
This car is fixed and gone.
Mark was bang on the money with the A/C pressure shorting out, i disconnected the sensor and the car fired up straight away and has been fine since.
The customer doesn't want the sensor replaced, she is happy to live without air con.
