If air-mass is down, where's it getting air from? Either figures are wrong (faulty new MAF, but I doubt that)?
Or it's getting air from some-where else.... EGR perhaps. Can you blank it, to confirm it's not over-opening or affecting the figures?
As I don't know the engine, has it got a throttle body? Is that opening correctly/smoothly and not restricting flow?
