Sorry to hear your bad news, but I agree with Keith.
I have had the occasional 'bad luck' job. What I do now is pass it straight back to my insurer. On at least one occasion my insurer agreed that I was not at fault and wrote back to the customer and their solicitor explaining why they decided that I wasn't at fault, that killed a potential claim.
Lets face it the insurance premiums are high enough, its time to let them earn their money.
