I spoke to him yesterday and he is going to see the box today and bringing the old one with him to compare.

The guy selling it has a garage that "specialises" in BMW and has offered a money back guarantee on the box being correct and in good condition.

I was unable to get the chassis number for the donor car so unable to compare the codes as Kevin supplied.

I'l post as it develops.
