From what I can see, whilst the box fitted to the 520 is also used in a E9x, F20 and the F10/11 it is only up to 09/2010 for the E9x. The F series 320 is listed as using a different part number. Quite how different it will be is unknown but unless you have information from someone that knows or has done it before I would not purchase it.
