system is delphi from the ecu numbering 22h7 dcm3.4
dd8cmm dcm3.4 cemo the part no .is 9664873580.
the fault code present all the time is p0193 fuel pressure cct. too high. short to +ve ,open cct. or value too high .live data shows rail pressure at 2022bar,ign on not running.fps connected and disconnected
disconnecting the fps the voltages at the 3 wires are t1 pink 5.0v ,t2 grey 0v ,t3 red 5.0v. reconnecting the sensor the voltages at all 3 wires is 5.0 v.
i thought the sensor would work on a variable resistance but using a multimeter across each of the sensor terminals gives ol resistance so i must be wrong with my intepretation of how it works.
