Hi, the 3ffo fault code is an indication that the inlet valves inside the cylinder head are badly carboned up resticting the air. The official BMW fix involves a cylinder head de-coke and replacing the inlet manifold, the manifold can sometimes be cleaned out. I have heard of some people managing to walnut blast the cylinder head.
