Let me start with a disclaimer as I'm no scope expert.
Looking at your cam signal it's being pulled from 0v to roughly -4.5v.
I've never seen a negative voltage from a hall sensor. I would expect to see it going from 0v to +5v. where was your earth attached to?
I also would not expect to see the crank signal reflected in the cam sensor signal (possible bad earth connection).
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will comment soon.
