Update: Crank data live is still 0rpm with Cam sensor disconnected.
Waveforms were all taken by back-probing the ECU. I had a similar fault on a 1.9 dci Megane, after scoping cam crank and confirming valve timing error we reset valve timing and the engine started, this also had no injector pulses; so the cam crank issue is the one that I think is most relevant at the moment.
