the vucuum pipe from the pump/accumalator is pulling 25'on the mitivac, the pipe to the waste gate is pulling 15', and the pipe to atmosphere is about 10' on the valve, there is no oil damage its very dry on back of engine all pipes look good the waste gate is fully open on idle which i dont think is right and fully closed when engine switched off the waste gate lever moves freely when operated with mitivac i feel it ould be a faulty valve ?
