Thanks for the replies, I third that. I should have thought of blocked egr, I think the tech note from bosch threw me a bit. I haven't smoked the inlet yet, wouldn't an air leak cause a low maf? Glyn, I don't know of an Autologic user unless there's one on here in the north Somerset area?
