Yes Piotr, i can tell you some stories about main dealers. i have to send back some of my Vans to them because they are under warranty, even if i tell them what the fault is they don't listen because i'm the little guy; so i don't know what i'm on about. i had one recently which kept on going into limp mode having carried out all my test i condemned the Turbochargers anyway after 7 visits to the main dealer countless conversations with thier" technical specialist" and changing just about every part on the engine we finally got there they changed the Turbo's and it's all fine now. Guess i was just lucky eh?
