My words were; its not over fuelling, if it was you would have black smoke not white, RESPONSE: "it smokes all colours pal trust me" Well going on everything you've said i would say its a timing issue, RESPONSE: "impossible we've checked it 6 or 7 times because we thought that too but it pegs up fine and we've got the proper timing kit for it too." Ok leave it with me.......
There are no DTCs, so I went straight ahead and scoped cam/crank; I have a known good but only as a picture so its quite difficult to see properly, but, I reckon mine is fractionally out; not by much which is why I'm struggling to compare them and this would also explain why the is no DTCs set.
Does anybody have a known good as a psdata file so i can measure them properly please, and i would like to know your opinions as to whether this small amount would cause a non start?
Knowing these guys as i do when they say "we put a tensioner on it" that will be exactly what they mean, no new chain or guides in sight, therefore im obviously suspecting a stretched chain issue here
here is my capture taken during cranking http://www.mediafire.com/?0gr8je3nw1hycn0
Thanks
