Just a thought is the throttle flap working correctly.

So,
I can see the accel pedal being pressed, the blue line that rises shortly after, is this the specified boost?

I may have made the same mistake as Mark when I looked at it last night, it is a bit clearer on my phone.

If I am reading the graph correctly, it seems you have got a serious air flow problem at low rpm?

What does the MAF actual look like against MAF desired?

Have you got a scope?

Can you scope,
Accel pedal position
MAF
Boost

Cool graph btw, what was this done with? VCDS?
