A few answers to some of the questions asked:

The injectors were changed as it was originally non start 3 injectors failed the leak off test badly.

I connected the pressure gauge directly without a tee to the pump to show it could produce pressure.

With a tee fitted iirc the pressures were 2.2 bar key on, and only 18-20 kpa idling, I will recheck that in the morning.

Tony: would you be so kind as to check the fuel pressure sensor % at a few different rpm, I belive it should be around 20-25% at idle and 30-35% at 3000rpm.
