Sounds like the customer needs educating on how to drive a dpf equiped car, sounds like it's probably only doing short journeys?? (never getting the chance to regenerate)
You'll never see any signs of smokey sooty exhaust as it's trapped by the dpf, that's it's job.
Any idea what kind of ecu is fitted, a DPFoff solution might be better?
