It would be nice to see APP signal on the capture aswell so we can see what you are doing with the pedal.
Are you holding the pedal flat to the floor while the capture is jumping about?
Maybe if you are the fluctuations are the pressure been regulated?
In this capture was the car hard to start? It looks like it started efficiently in this capture?
Always rule out the supply and check injector leak off with hard to start problems.
Also maybe add the crank sensor so you can check cranking speed.
