Rang my friendly dealer and explained my situation and he kindly offered to plug in the dealer tool to see if what it would show up.When he cleared the codes and reset the counters it was perfect , so obviously Launch couldn't reset the counters.The dealer did say that they can even give them trouble and may need to try a couple of times to reset the counters before it works.When I checked the live data afterwards with Launch The Level in the tank had changed from yes to no.Think I will have to invest in a Vida dice.
