hi james thanks for your post the car came back today and scanned the ecu and it was only showing
po400 egr fault. i also scoped the ams and that
was good very similar to yours, idealy the egr
should be removed and checked but it's in such a difficult position it looks like a day's work, and i am not convinced it can cause this symptom
idle hunting when hot and cutting out when cold
otherwise it pulls very well. i also did a smoke test on the induction system and smoke seems to
pooring out from turbo boost valve but not posible to see well as this engine is horribly packed up. the customer is now thinging to go ahead with repairs or part exchange.
