The customer is not the only one!

I would seriously consider passing this kind of work onto a more professional repairer & stick to discs & pads!

Actually I am not so sure that that is such a good idea!

Seriously John, you should take a step back & consider if you are trading fairly? Why on earth should anyone pay for your inadequacies?

Put yourself in their shoes. If your wife spent £500 having random repairs done to her washing machine & you found that there was a blockage in the detergent delivery pipe, you would be pretty hacked off wouldn't you!

And justifiably so!
