Have you looked at the boost solenoid (rear of engine). I've had 2 of these, with the same fault code.
First was due to somebody installing the pipes incorrectly (if you remove the solenoid it actually says on them, which pipe goes where).
The second was due to an oil leak soaking the vacuum pipes, making them go soft, and leaking under duress.
