Hi again,
Just a quick update it seems to be an egr fault i had a nice man ring me from the forum and give me some tips, I looked at live data and the air flow is not right with the egr.
Sorry mark I have read your reply again and it makes sense now, I had tunnel vision and was only thinking about DPF/additve. (what a plonker!)
