Hi, had similar fault with Nissan 2.2 d . Sent high pressure pump of for testing which it passed. I fitted new reg valve on back of pump. But what I found to be the problem was dirty fuel in tank which semi blocked the pick up pipe/ filter. Also when in tank check the fuel pipes from top to bottom of tank, if one is split can cause fault with pressure.
