Hi Liam,
Just check to see if the strangle flap hasn't been "Plumbed" incorrectly with the swirl flap solenoid !
I think both of these are located together beside the battery !!!
Someone may have been checking the heater plug control and disconnected the vac solenoids to gain access and reconnected incorrectly !
