The refresh rate of the scan tool is far to low for this type of job.

The fault codes give a good idea of what is going on.

In my mind its either an internal ECU fault, a sensor pulling the ref voltage to ground or a wiring loom issue.

Have you volt drop tested the loom whilst under load?
