Vehicle speed sensor i dont believe will cause a stall or stop.

Just a thought but has the key got a lot of keyrings on it?? Is it a flip out type key?? sounds daft but i had a similer problem with one and it turned out to be the keyrings swinging and momentarily turning of the ignition.
