Black smoke is a sign of not enough air which would be caused by a restriction of some sort ie, blocked air filter, carbon build up etc! Does this have the 'doser' unit to control air flow through the intercooler, is this operating correctly? I'm guessing its the same engine as the fords and therefore the peugeots? Hath Craig
