Thanks for the replies, i removed the egr valve today it wasnt too clogged up though. Cleaned it out and did an actuator test and it was working. When i road tested it yesterday the boost pressure was as expected. The egr valve was moving according to the feed back sensor, but it wasnt moving as much as i would of expected, it was only 4mm at maximum on over run. Ive put it back together and give it back to the customer for the weekend as he is up on holiday, comming back in on tuesday.
