hi gary your 12v feed to the soleniod is correct
the other wire is controlled earth from pinB97 of the ecm you need to check integrity of all ecm earth paths,including that wire youll probably have to check pwm of this wire with scope on a road test to estabilsh its correct operation,
i may stand corrected on this but from memory the earth path should be on at idle & only regulate when turbo control is required,ie at upper limits hth keith.
