the problem i had was knowing where the tool manufacturer took the third measurement from. I believe the correct adaptor is a m10x1x83mm and having measured the glow plug from the bottom of the thread to the seat, I can confirm 83mm, but will double check when new adaptor kit arrives.
The glow plugs came out very easy. I did try a relative compression check with our scan tool but it failed hence why i intend to go back to basics. I have ordered the correct adaptor and will report my findings and results.
