Engine Size and Code *: 3.0 diesel

Unfortunatelly I have car like this in the garage -very difficult to start.I can see the turbo filled up by oil - but this is no the reason of non start.I don't know this systemn at all. Maybe someone would have some info how it works?Fuel system side.Many thanks
