Engine Size and Code *: 1.7 cdti

Hi

We have an Astra Van 1.7 CDTi (Z17DLT), after reconnecting battery van will not start

No mil or svs lamp on when ignition switched on, codes stored in engine ecu are P0380 glow device error and P0487 throttle control device malfunction and in immobilizer there is a code for engine request not received.

We have checked all fuses which are ok

Has anyone come across this before?
