Car has over a long period of time been getting worse were when accelerating away there is power but next gears holding back until it seems fuel pressure has built back up. P1226 refers to fuel line malfunction. Tank is always leass than half full and at 150,000 miles lift pump maybe cause. P1229 I think is the by product of 1226 but refers to high pressure metering. Rail pressures in real time data shows the peaks when power is achieved. Turbo has been checked over and if fine with no other tests being done. Just completed a journey were engine Mil on and additional code of P1228 which refers to High Pressure Pump Metering in the main.?? Anyone had any problems
