Where did you get the injectors from?
I had one recently where the customer had already had two sets fitted & when I diagnosed them as being faulty, he supplied another set from the same company, even though I had advised using Genuine Bosch reconditioned units. After I fitted the third set that he supplied the fuelling compensations were even worse than the others & it also logged fuel pressure & pressure regulator faults. After i supplied a set of Bosch remanufactured units(remanufactured by Bosch), the fuelling compensations were near perfect & the other faults no longer existed.

After several bad experiences I now don't trust any but genuine Bosch factory reconditioned units in Bosch boxes. It's a shame as diesel specialists invest thousands in equipment to service these injectors & even though their equipment passes the injectors as good, they are still no good.
