Engine Size and Code *: 1700 izuzu
( Optional ) ECU Type: delphi
( Optional ) Scanner Used: dec 3

Hi

I need to replace engine ecu on this one, pins all broken!, i realise a new one will require coding & have security number & DEC 3 will code in OK, but I have the option of a used ECU

My question is can a used ECU be re-coded or do I have to use original chip from matched key
