Yes I am also confused on this issue. As you say the DPF DTC's have been programmed out of the ECU and should not see the pressure sensor fault. My gear did not give live readings on the sensor, however when the customer took it to my software guy he found on his kit as the DPF being 130% full which as he says is impossible. The only other possible explanation I can think of is that he re-reprogrammed the car with the correct soft-ware. Not sure why he would deceive me on this if this is the case because he could have sent me the soft-ware for me to up-load to the vehicle instead of the customer traipsing across E. Yorkshire for it to be done.

Anyway, all is well now.
