Made some tests and confirmed the connections as follows:-
1 Red/Green: 12V+
2 Green: Ground
3 Yellow/Red: MAF
4 Red/Black: IAT
5 Green/Red: IAT ground
Seems that vibration can break these wires so this may help someone else in the future.
