It should be quite straight forward to evaluate & assess the orientation of the cam lobes for your questionable cylinder, by comparing them to the lobes on the cylinders that are performing correctly.

Have you tested & confirmed this, or is it just an assumption?
The cam keyway thing is a known issue after a belt failure, but would effect all cylinders equally I suspect.
It is much more likely that you have an injector problem I think.
