van came in with heavy diesel knock customer and rac thought it was big ends but when you rev it up the knock is not as bad, cracked open injector pipes to isolate which cylinder but no difference, so removed glow plugs to see if one looked damp compared to others all the same, so took injectors out all looked the same so put it all back together and knock has gone any ideas what ive done ?
