Thanks for the response I am not much wiser after reading the posts on this subject apart from the fact it cold be turbo/egr/wiring/etc the only thing I have noticed is the actuator arm is tight in the middle of its operation and if I rev it sometimes it does not come back straight away does this indicate the turbo is worn John
