Your peak to peak voltage is quite low compared to an example I have, but I can't remember if mine was cranking or idling & clearly this will influence things. I would be able to calculate the RPM, if it wasn't such a lovely Sunday afternoon & I wasn't in the garden with a few Vodka's inside me.

The vooltage offset is curious too & I would look harder at that if I were you.

Those injector events interfering with the crank signal, seem a little too "in your face" I think.

The actual alignment appears to be close but not identical to what I am looking at.
