just a thought on live data at idle egr value re-copy is -48.desired is 16 and this doesnt change through rev range.
fuel pressure idle is now 230 bar with pressure sensor voltage at 0v.
at 3,000 revs pressure is now 700 bar and voltage at pressure sensor 1.25v
intake manifold pressure at 3,ooo is 1572 mbar.
could the ecu be the root cause?
