leave ignition on fully deprss accelerator 3 times (it may be 5 times) pump in tank should purge again .
Do this a few times if needed and listen if gurgeling stops, then try to start,the gurgeling stopping is when the air is purged out of the system ..
If the gurgeling doesnt stop without you cranking the engine the air ingress could be getting in elsewhere and not compression being blown into fuel gallery.
Have seen faults on the fuel filter housing also like someone else said.
