yes when ignition switched on pump makes gurgling noise.i had it running today for half an hour without it cutting out i switched the engine off and tried to start it straight away and it would not start.left it for 10 minutes held accelerator to floor and it restarted straight away there has never been any smoke from exhaust.when i took the original copper washers off of injectors there was no black particles on washers indicating compression leak past.
when oil was checked at start of diagnosis there was no oil in engine.topped oil and the oil has not gone past where i originally topped upto.
